1. Introduction

DOLORIX ("the App") is developed by Kelthos Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
• Health data: Pain entries, symptom logs, hot flash records, mood entries, sleep data, medication details, and journal entries that you voluntarily enter.
• Device data: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostics.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core tracking and insights features of the App.
• To sync your data across devices when you create an account.
• To generate aggregated, anonymized insights (no individual data is shared).

4. Data Storage

Your health data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. If you create an account, encrypted copies are synced to our servers hosted on secure infrastructure within the EU. Data at rest is encrypted.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. PDF reports are generated locally on your device and shared only at your discretion.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can export all your data as a PDF report at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
• Portability: Your data is stored in standard formats and can be exported.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and JWT-based authentication with short-lived tokens.

8. Children

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.
